| First we do the 'spotting' - the most skilled part of the job. Working from a VHS with both VITC and BITC, we calculate exactly how many titles there will be and where they will fall within the programme. |

| Then, ideally working from a translation of an accurate post-production script, we shorten the script to length and key it into our Win2020 subtitling system. This system has key- boards for Roman, Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic and Hebrew alphabets. |

| For Chinese or Japanese we work via Twinbridge software. We then take the disk and re-master from the client's Beta SP or DigiBeta master, having first created a viewing VHS for approval. If that doesn't prove that we've done it before, just ask any of the major production houses about UPS. It's more than likely that they'll have used some or all of the services you see listed here at some time in the past, and will be using them again in the future. |
